Terms of Service

Last updated October 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of HyperWeb, a free, invite-only service by HyperWare that builds website code from your answers. By using HyperWeb you agree to them.

Access

HyperWeb is free. Access needs a one-time invite code, tied to the email you sign in with; please don't share your account. We may end access that is misused.

What you get

You can download the website code we generate for your sites as often as you like, including after you change your answers. You may use, change and host that code for your own site or your client's site. You may not resell HyperWeb itself or offer the generated code as a competing website builder.

Your content

You own the names, logos, photos and text you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We store them only to build and show your site design, and you can delete a draft at any time.

Hosting and other services

Your site runs on accounts you open with other companies (such as Railway, Stripe, PayPal, Square, Resend, Printful, Shippo and Google). Their terms and fees apply, and you pay them directly. We don't take a cut of your sales.

Help

If something isn't working, contact us at hyperware.os@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.

No warranty

We work hard to make generated sites reliable, but they are provided as is. You're responsible for running your site, your store's policies, taxes and legal requirements. To the extent the law allows, HyperWare isn't liable for losses from using the service or the generated code.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
